This was
very nice winter in
Switzerland
and probably in all Europe. We were in
Versoix,
which is a middle sized town only 10 km from Geneva. From one side
there
is
Geneva's lake - Lac Leman, from the other site, roughly 25
km
away, there is beautiful mountain Jura with its hills around 1500
- 1600
m
above the sea level.
The
following shots were taken just on the
border
of the lake and show a lof of ice everywhere. It was very nice,
assuming
you do not need your car. There were many people taking pictures
like
me. The similar shots were also published in Europe's newspapers. Enjoy!
